1.Familiar with the optical sensing field
2.Good knowledge of Phi OTDR ,C and B OTDR, know the detail of system setup and key components
3.Familiar with the FBG laser and could optimize the optical schematic
4.Give direction or solution to customer for new project 
5.Good team work with cross department for project development
6.Could work under pressure
2. Requirement
1.Master or above;5+years experience
2.Optical engineer background, electronic knowledge is better
3.English
